Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR & Financial Accountant to monitor all financial data and prepare accurate statements for our company.
Expertise in recruitment.
Posting job ads and organising resumes and job applications.
Scheduling job interviews and Screening candidates.
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
Preparing new employee files.
Orienting new employees to the organisation (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email ,Sim card, Id card ,Bank account etc.)Administering new employment assessments.
Serving as a point of contact for all new employee questions

Responsibilities and Duties

Gather and monitor Financial data.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statement.
Manage tax payments.
Organise internal audits.
Perform month end and year end processes.
Should have knowledge of GST and TDS filing, PF & ESI Challans.
