Job Description:-We are looking to employ an HR cum Back Office Assistant with the ability to hire candidates for suitable post and back office work. s/he is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization. s/he should confer with management to assess, and identify candidates and business needs.
Responsibilities:- ·Filling positions within an organization.
Excellent Proficiency in English – Speak, Read, Write.
Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
Developing your own network of suitable candidates.
Handling of administration and record-keeping.
Find and use effective tools to derive contact details of prospects
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Manage calls, meeting setup and product description
Do the research and prepare the report.
Interviewing candidates.
Preparing job offers.
Networking with various institutions and social media.
Requirements:
Fresher to 02 years’ experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
Excellent record keeping.
