Techvolt Software Pvt. Ltd. has the opening of HR Executive to look after recruitment for our company located in Coimbatore.

 Eligibility Criteria:

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: B.COM/ BBA/ MBA (preferred female candidates)

SKILLS REQUIERED:

·      Excellent communication skills

·      Interpersonal skills.

·      Must have basic computer knowledge.

·      Prior knowledge of how to work on job portals.

·      Good knowledge in IT recruitment.

·       Good understanding in payroll calculations.

  ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Design and update job description

·      Sourcing candidates by using job portals.

·      Send job offers and mails.

·      Screen incoming resume

·     Interview candidates.

·      Maintaining the candidate data.

 EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years

SALARY PACKAGE:  As per industry standards.
