Maintain entire Factory administration with IR management. Maintain staff selection & recruitment process Convey the Policies and rules to the employees. Maintain the records of employees.
Prepare Final settlements, Gratuity, Leave Salary and all employee benefits. Prepare Performance Appraisals and Increment details of employees Coordinate with vendors Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.
