Job Description
- Recruitment, sourcing candidate, arranging interviews, feedback follow up, reference checking, offer finalization.
- On boarding new joining employees, Joining formalities, induction training.
- Training, training plan follow-up, collecting training records and documentation and QMS ISO 9001:13485 related documentation.
- Responsible for CSR activities in coordination with other CSR committee members.
- Handling queries from employees regarding admin facilities, Salary, PF & ESIC, follow-up etc.
- Processing expenses reimbursements of sales team, employee’s conveyance & other expenses, HR vender payments etc.
- Employee engagement activities , festival celebrations etc.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
- Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
