Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide current information about policies, job, and duties working conditions, wages, opportunities and employee benefits.
- Handling employee database .(both in soft form and file management )
- Handling day to day payroll process.
- Maintain the record of leaves and attendance.
- Attained the employee complaint and work to resolve conflicts.
- Responsible for scheduling induction orientation and training to the newly joined employee.
- Managing day to day courier stationery, outsourced facility management staff and checking monthly bills for the same.
- Handling the setting appointment and arranging meeting.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Hr department.
