BiCSoM is looking for full time mindful talent with 0 to 2 years of experience on Human Resource Development and Personnel Management to operate out of our development lab in North of Bangalore, India.

BiCSoM is a team of true blue professionals building an augmented reality based video platform called as Bideo. Bideo is an attempt to bridge the gap between print and digital resulting in a mindful experience for customers and marketers. The HR executive would be part of building a mindful team of professionals for Bicsom.

As an HR executive you would be working majorly on hiring and HR processes which includes managing provident fund process of all the talent. Counseling and setting up the culture of mindfulness in the organisation. Managing day to day Admin and HR affairs of the organisation.
