Job Summary

• We are looking for candidates who are interested in making their career in Human resource. We are hiring HR Executive to handle day to day activities of the HR Department.
  

Responsibilities and Duties

The Internship Program is for a period of 4 months, where you will be closely working with the HR team and you will get trained on:

• Recruitment Process
• Human Resource Planning
• Payroll
• Attendance Maintenance
• Performance Management

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Assisting departments with their recruitment needs

• Handling end to end recruitment process
  
• Conducting inductions of new staff
  
• Inputting into the monthly payroll
  
• Handling employee grievances related to HR issues.
  
• Referring issues to senior HR staff
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• MBA graduate
  
• Good communication skills
