Job Description

  • You shall be part of the digital start up company in Bangalore. 
  • You shall be responsible for helping in the hiring and onboarding of the consultant  for company and its clients .
  • Sourcing  of the profile through HR partners
  • managing the data base of the candidates
  • getting the test co-ordinated and completed by the candidates
  • Managing interview schedule of the shortlisted candidate
  • Offer letters 
  • Joining follow up 
  • ensuring onborning of candidate 
  • Consolidating the time sheet and leave of consultant
  • eventually growing into the role of HR , performance management , Organisation management and growth etc
