We are currently looking to hire an HR Executive who would lead our HR initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Work with the leadership team to develop and implement HR processes and initiatives

Manage all HR activities like payroll, leave, attendance, onboarding, exit management, benefits administration.

Facilitate and conduct various employee engagement initiatives

Ensure all employee documentation in accordance with the compliance and statutory requirement

Creation of the hiring plan/pipeline and drive hiring through various channels.

Scheduling Interviews and Follow Up

Qualifications:

• Note: Freshers can apply.
• Degree with 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Willing to be a part of an early-stage startup.
• Ability to work independently and manage HR initiatives, deliverables, and key objectives.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt & thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience in using Google sheets and Microsoft excel.
