Skills and JD

1. Proficiency and fluency in English and Kannada language both oral and written.

2. Qualified as HR professional in her academics and should have passed with min of 60% or min of 6 GPA.

3. Should not have history of backlogs/arrears. All exams should have been passed in the first attempt itself.

4.Responsibility :

     

      a. Recruitment Management, interview management, onboarding, employee separation.

      b. Attendance/Leave/Payroll Management

      c. Office Administration

      d. Timesheet Management.
