Roles and Responsibilities
· Responsible for the complete life cycle of total recruitment process of the company.
· Evaluate candidates through job portals & Social networking.
· Responsible for sourcing, screening, Interviewing, Selecting, on boarding & Exit formalities.
· Responsible for Employee verification.
· Designing Job description analysis of each position after consultation with each HODs.
· Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant’s abilities.
· Responsible for evaluating Employee performance, training if required, appraisal etc.
· Responsible for Attendance, Leave, payroll, etc.
