PROFILE SUMMARY

• This position is responsible for ensuring that the office is operationally efficient and
  
• effective. Responsible for setting strategic human resource and administrative direction;
  
• providing a perspective on growth and expansion.
  
• Basic Knowledge of Computers - MS Office is a mandatory (Word & Excel)
  
• ELIGIBILITY: Any Post Graduate (M.B.A. /PGDM/M.S.W. /M.A. Social Work. etc)
  
• EXPERIENCE: Min 4-8 years
  
• SALARY- As per Industry Norms
  

• Counsel and advice to staff on work related issues including providing guidance and
• direction to management team and employees on human resource related topics
  
• Preparing Salary Payrolls & disbursement of Salaries.
• Effectively interface with all levels of the organization to coordinate and oversee all of the
• people-related and office management activities
  
• Make certain that all administrative systems and processes are highly reliable, finely tuned
• and well delivered with an aim toward pro-action rather than reaction
  
• Serve as administrative team leader, coach and advocate for administrative staff
• Keep informed and up to date regarding industry standards and best practices related to
  
• non-profit personnel management.
  
• Interprets company goals into departmental goals and ensure communication to
• employees.
  
• Building good corporate relations with different clients.
• Develops and ensure Human Resource plan, policies and procedures that support
• company’s value and objectives.
  
• Motivates high caliber employees and retain them in order to control attrition.
• Ensure awareness on statutory and regulatory compliances in all the areas of staff
  
• management such as Compensation & Benefit, recruitment & Selections, Labor laws, PF &
  
• ESIC etc.
  
• Directs the development of advanced human resource policies and procedures to support
• business needs and ensure legislative compliance.
  
• Ensure the provision of effective services to manager’s to assist in the achievement of their
• functions objectives such as recruitment, interviewing and pre-selection reference
  
• checking of the candidates
