Duties and Responsibilities:

'Cold calling' companies to generate new business.
Getting vacancy details from employers
Interviewing and testing job seekers.
Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview
Building relationships with employers and job seekers
Maintaining the personal data of Clients and Employees.
Should have knowledge in recruitment, team management, client building and Client Management
Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed
Keeping records and negotiating fees
Revenue Generation Target Driven.
Should have the potential to define a target and achieve it
Design and update job descriptions as per client needs.
Sourcing profiles through job portal, consultancies and internal references.
Careful assessment of the candidate as per client requirement, follow-ups and closing the vacancy.
Communicate the interview details to candidates.
Ready to Travel as per requirement (30%)
Open to learn new things as per company requirement.

Skills and Qualifications

Should be Graduate
Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in English; second language a plus
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
Good in verbal and written communications skills
Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office
Discretion with personal and confidential information
