Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employee.

Job Description:

 To strategize, direct and ensure timely and correct implementation of
new policies and procedures which are in line with the business goals
Train the entire organization on usage of Tools and ensure its smooth
implementation and running, Act as a subject matter expert for the Tools
 Do monthly Performance measurements and reporting to the Operations
head and Management and suggest correcting action where ever applicable

Key requirement and responsibility :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Define HR business system-dependent schedules procedures Payroll, 
Human resource managers are responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans, recruitments, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, employee relations and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:
Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems


Implementing and revising a Institutions compensation program
Creating and revising job descriptions
Conducting annual salary surveys
Developing, analyzing, and updating the Institutions salary


To Implement New Policies and rules.
To Make Salary Slip
Coordinating work schedules/time off requests for staff/Finding coverage
Promotions
Hire/Fire
Posting on Job Boards and managing sponsored posts
Coordinating Staff training
Processing Payroll/Bonus Calculation
Must be a female
Must be a Married Candidate
Bachelor Degree in any stream from any recognized university in India
2+ years of HR experience in a complex environment.
Excellent Communication (verbal and written) with good analytical skills. Confident talking over the phone with US clients.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools with an emphasis on Word and Excel.
Sound technical knowledge and experience as an HR Leader or Business Partner with a proven track record of managing a team, ideally in multiple locations.
Skilled in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing HR initiatives.
Solid negotiation and influencing abilities, coupled with strong project management skills.
Strong diagnostic skills followed by good ability to evaluate options/alternatives and develop recommendations for solutions to complex and multi-dimensional issues.
