JD for HR Executive
We are Hiring for the role of (HR Executive) position with our company (Vineforce IT Services Pvt. Ltd). We are looking for an experienced candidate who will be responsible for staffing company resources, managing complete employee lifecycle and driving human resources function as a key strategic business function.
In the given role he/she will be responsible for:
Providing hiring support in terms of publishing opportunities on the various job boards, sourcing CVs, scheduling interviews etc.;
Maintaining candidate database for future hiring requirements, if any;
Managing the complete documentation around pre and post hiring, i.e., documentation for seeking hiring approval(s), initiating background checks and closing on the joining formalities;
Managing the induction and on boarding process;
Driving various employee engagement survey(s) at the centre;
Planning and executing various employee engagement programs;
Anchoring skip level meetings, town halls and R&R programs;
Qualification and Experience required
Relevant Bachelors’ degree with 1 year of experience in an HR function. MBA is a plus
Experience in managing complete employee lifecycle.
