Human Resource Executive is expected to have 4+ years’ experience in relevant areas mentioned below.
Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:

• New hire onboarding process & Exit formalities process.
• Coordinating with cross-functional departments.
• Handle all administrative tasks for new hire orientation,  including entering data into HR information systems
• Auditing for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees about absence on health issues,  grievance handling,  and all other employee-relations.
• HR Metrics, Bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates and generation of reports
• Every employee KRAs fixation and followup
• Preparation of various MIS reports
• Employees quarterly work performance report generation & employees' annual performance appraisal process.
• Timely & quick decision-maker
• Employee feedback survey analysis
• Attending management meetings regularly
• Good in English communication & written skills

Skills Include:

·         Qualification: MBA / MA / MSW (HRM)

·         Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness

·         Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies

·         Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed.

Workplace: Nungambakkam - Chennai.

Salary: as per standard
