Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing relevant profiles through different modes such as job portals, references, etc.
• Screening profiles on the basis of the job description.
• Taking a preliminary interview of the candidate by talking to him/her over phone so that a screening is done on an initial level.
• Scheduling telephonic or Face-to-Face interviews according to the requirement.
• Maintaining a good relationship and by effective and efficient delivery of the assignments.
• Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
