WEBSEOWIRE hiring for HR manager position for our Digital Marketing Company, the person should have minimum 6 month of work experience in HR management. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  
• Implement HR policies and procedures as established by the company and make everyone aware of the value of these processes by Reviewing and auditing at regular Intervals.
  
• Responsible for effective implementation of recruitment process such that potential people are recruited and manpower needs are met on time.
  
• Assisting with day to day operations of all the HR functions and administrative duties
  
• Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through 360 Degree feedback
  
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) and training records
  
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  
• Responsible for full HR functions such as Payroll, Joining & Relieving formalities, staff records, etc.,
  
• Nurture a positive working environment
  

• Experience: Proven minimum 6 months working experience as HR Manager or HR executive.
  
• Qualification: Any Masters / Undergraduate in HR, business administration.
  
• Proficient in computer applications particularly in Microsoft Office is a MUST.
  
• Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally in English & Tamil, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
