Recruitment: Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees

Team development: Working on team development and management

HR strategies: Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures

Training: Designing and running employee training and development programs

HR records: Maintaining HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on team recruitment

2. Working on team development

3. Working on team management

4. Acting as a HR and selecting candidates from various drives
