Job Description

Designation: HR Executive

Location: Dehradun

We are searching a creative and ambitious person for part time / full time / office based as well as home based jobs.
We are looking for Fresher/Experienced candidates who are good at communication and they must have basic computer skill.
No work pressure-No time bound-No target-No filled work.

Responsibilities:

They have the responsibilities to include creating referral programs and updating HR policies
They should overseeing the hiring processes.
Should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in conjunction with the overall business strategy
For overall business strategy they should initiatives in conjunction the develop and implement HR strategies
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
