Responsibilities of HR.

 Recruitment and Compensation :

• Understanding hiring requirements
  
• Assisting in preparation of JDs
  
• Coordinating with recruitment firms and online sources for candidate search and hiring
  
• Updating CV databases and preparing regular MIS reports
  
• Scheduling Interviews and follow ups with candidates.
  
• Working out appropriate offers &completing all documentation.
  
• Managing hiring vendors.
  

• Onboarding all new joinees
  
• Preparing and coordinating induction programs for new joinees
  
• Coordinating for required training programs for employees from time to time

• Processing payroll and reimbursements.
  
• Maintaining attendance and leave records.
  
• Process documentation and database management related to staffing and recruitment.
  
• Compiling and updating employee records.
  
• Managing employee welfare activities.
  
• Preparing necessary reports/analysis of monthly pay registers for management.
  
• MIS reporting, Position trackers, Headcount Master
  
• Planning and executing employee engagement  programs.
  

• Managing vendors across services.
  
• Facility Management.
  
• Petty Cash and Expenditure Management.
  

• Coordinating the quarterly and annual appraisal process
  
• Ensuring timely payout of variable pay
