Job description
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and on boarding
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Sourcing and Screen incoming candidates resumes from various Job portals/sourcing channels based on the company requirements.
• Recruiting for all levels of candidates from Entry- Level to Manager Level profile.
• Salary negotiations & Salary approvals from Program heads for candidates shortlisted to be offered.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management).Desired Candidate Profile
• Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
• Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Candidate should have good presentation skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
