We are hiring freshers for the positions of Human Resource Executives.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

· Experience in End to End recruitment cycle

· Handling first round of HR Interview to judge the candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience, & communication skills

· Screening resumes.

· Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

· Follow up on the interview process.

· Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

· Consistently following up with candidates

Required Candidate profile:

Qualification:

A Bachelor's / Master’s degree preferably a B.E. / B.Tech. / BCA/ MCA/ B.Sc. or equivalent

Experience in a similar profile is preferred. However, freshers can apply
