Job Description

HR Recruiter
Job Description:- 
  • End to End Recruitment
  • Sourcing and screening resumes from various job portals(Naukri.com/Monster/Timesjob/LinkedIn) and creating Email templates.
  • Identifying and Screening the most suitable candidates by reviewing their CVs.
  • Scheduling Interviews & taking proper Follow-up.
  • Creating Daily and Monthly reports about all the process details.
  • Interview Coordination & Salary discussion & negotiation Administrative support for Recruitment
  • Coordinate with the vendors & background verification of new joiners
  • Coordinating interviews with Hiring manager On-boarding & orientation  
  • Candidate Qualification
  • Good Communication
