Job Description

HR Recruiter

Job Description:-

End to End Recruitment
Sourcing and screening resumes from various job portals(Naukri.com/Monster/Timesjob/LinkedIn) and creating Email templates.
Identifying and Screening the most suitable candidates by reviewing their CVs.
Scheduling Interviews & taking proper Follow-up.
Creating Daily and Monthly reports about all the process details.
Interview Coordination & Salary discussion & negotiation Administrative support for Recruitment
Coordinate with the vendors & background verification of new joiners
Coordinating interviews with Hiring manager On-boarding & orientation
Candidate Qualification
Good Communication
