Roles and Resposibilities
• Scheduling face-to-face and telephonic Interviews for the shortlisted candidates and send interview call letters for the same.
• Supporting Weekend drives and coordinating for interviews.
• Maintaining Weekly Database and attending calls on daily bases Meetings and team calls.
• Working on Full Time Employment (FTE) IT & NON-IT positions.
• Understanding requirement from Team Leader for preparing JD, sourcing profiles, screening, initial interviews, scheduling the interviews with technical team and Managers, follow-ups, collecting the documents.
• Recruitment through cold calling, networking, direct sourcing, Job Posting, social Networks like LinkedIn, job portal used are Shine, Naukri.com, Monster (Beginner).
• Good understanding of how to recruit passive candidates.
• Creating pipeline for critical positions.
• Experience in Head Hunting.
• Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
