Responsibilities and Duties

Job Description:

• To handle the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent suitable for the building industry
• To implement the best recruitment plans and processes for fulfilling hiring needs
• To design an Induction Program for new employees
• To develop, monitor and optimize the HR Processes / Policies / Programs
• To update the Company Guidelines as and when required and communicate the same to employees
• To maintain the attendance and leave records of the employees.

To handle the employee grievances

• To organize the welfare and recreational activities for the employees including company outings / functions.
• To design and implement performance appraisal system.
• Shall be responsible for the Exit interviews and to handle full and final salary settlements.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Skills Required:

• The candidates must have two years of experience, minimum.
• The candidate must have good written and oral communication skills.
• The candidate should be excellent in interpersonal relations.
• The candidate should be meticulous, detailed, well-organized and capable of working independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: ₹25,000.00 to ₹30,000.00 /month
