Job Description
- Source potential candidates using a variety of channels (e.g. job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens to ensure candidates meet the basic qualifications for the position
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with candidates, following a structured interview process
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities
- Make job offers to successful candidates and manage the pre-employment process (e.g. background checks, drug tests, etc.)
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization
- Stay up-to-date with current hiring trends and best practices
