We are looking for a HR Executive with a minimum of 0-2 years of work experience. The desired candidate must be a good communicator and be able to manage recruitments, set up new HR policies and smoothly implement current ones.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Joining formalities & on boarding formalities.
· Responsible for maintaining data, Maintaining record of Employee joining data, Employee Master Data, New Joiners detail.
· Participate in HR policy development and documentation in-line with the company corporate vision.
· Handling all employee queries and grievances.
· Designing and updating job descriptions.
· Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri.com, Indeed, Etc).
· Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
· Screen incoming resumes and application form.
· Schedule Interview for candidates (via call and email).
· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
· Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations
· Solid verbal and written communication skills.
· Hands on experience in MS Office.
