Participate in HR policy development and documentation

Handling all employee queries and grievances.
Designing and updating job descriptions.
Sourcing potential candidates from various
online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri.com,
Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive
Screen incoming resumes and application form.
Schedule Interview for candidates (via call and
Collaborate with managers to identify future
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Hands on experience in MS Office.
