Job Description

RattanIndia Finance Private Limited, formerly named as IndiaBulls is looking for an HR Executive for its New Delhi head office.
It is a non-deposit-taking systemically important NBFC registered with RBI. You may visit the following link to know more about us:

Coordinate for End to End Recruitment Life Cycle
Coordinate for the Onboarding/Induction process
Coordinate for Employee Engagement activities
Coordinate with the Payroll team and assist in day to day activities
Contribution towards company policies
Handle Exit formalities
Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Eligibility Criteria:

Very good communication skills (written & verbal)
Sound knowledge of MS office (mainly Excel, PowerPoint)
Full time course- MBA/PGDM with HR specialisation
Work Experience 0-2 years in HR domain

Compensation:

For HR fresher- up to 3 LPA
