Job Description

  • Requiring one female candidate as Hr Executive for our organization. 
  • Following are few of the details regarding our requirement which will help in profiling the Job:
Basic Eligibility 
  • Residing nearby NHPC metro station
  • Must be graduate in any steam
  • Must have at least 1year experience in Hr profile only
Job Responsibilities would be 
  • Source or search for applicants on the Internet and in a company's applicant tracking system.
  • Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties.
  • Match applicants to job openings.
  • Source for future job openings.
  • Call applicants and perform phone screens.
  • Have applicants come in for formal interview.
  • Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and applicant.
  • Recruitment for internal as well as external staff 
  • Participate in final selection of applicant.
  • Check references.
  • maintain attendance records
  • Preparing staff monthly salary
