• Payroll processing, keeping record of attendance, leave and bonus.
• Employee Registration handling joining formalities of the employee like offer Letter, appointment letter salary breaks up etc of employees.
• Salary process under details p. tax, p.f, esic lwf & bank statement, insurance (wc policy, claim, Mediclaim) taking care of pf account opening formalities to pf withdrawal formalities of employee.
• Maintaining MIS report.
• Additional HR activities may be assigned.
