  • Must have 6 Month to 1 year hands of experience in recruitment and Generalist profile.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and selection.
  • Salary distribution and handling payroll.
  • Maintenance of attendance and leave records.
  • Joining and Exit formalities which includes legal as well as official documentation and updating & maintenance of new as well as old employees database.
  • Providing offer letters and relieving letters.
  • Performance appraisal and taking care of increment.
  • Payment of arrears of previous months.
  • Maintaining payslips.
  • Managing Admin activities,
  • Maintenance of HR Register.
