Job Description: -
• Search candidates’ profiles from various mediums Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media
• Create pipeline for upcoming requirements and End to End recruitment process.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and Job applications and performing phone screenings.
• Making tracker, End to End follow up, and coordination with the candidates.
• Ensure all sourcing, screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance.
• Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
• Managing employee separation processes
Eligibility Criteria: -
• Any Graduate or Postgraduate can Apply.
• Fresher or 1-4 years of experience in Volume hiring for MNC BPO's (Bulk Hiring)
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Should be comfortable with Work from Office and 6 days working.
