• • Recruiting and Head hunting. Handle all aspects of the recruiting process such as screening, reference checks, salary negotiations and making offers for positions.
  • Day to day personnel handling and administration activities such as maintaining employee records, payroll & benefits,
  •  Managing On-boarding and training, PIF management, performance management, attendance, applicable Legal requirements.
  • Contributing to all HR activities such as counselling, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance management, competency profiling, compensation management and team building.
  • Providing general admin support to the team.

Required Candidate profile

• Proven Experience
• HR Generalist cum Recruiter role
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Hand-on MS office knowledge
• HR software knowledge will be preferred,
