  • Manage Talent Acquisition End to End Recruitment Life cycle.
  • Implementing Induction Manual, JDs, KRAs & HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing across levels (Lateral hires to leadership level) through various sourcing channels apart from job portals.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting and reviews of performance on pre-defined frequencies.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and grievances with utmost priority.
  • Report to the management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues (Employee Engagement, Retention etc.)
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Process management, including internal and external audits.
  • Strong knowledge on Legal Compliances & related Laws.
  • Handling End to End Payroll.
  • Training & Development. 
  • Ensure compliance under all statutory provision of various labour legislations. 
  • Handling the obligatory compliances under various provisions of statutory laws (Submission of various returns, coordination with legal authorities under Labor Laws like PF, Factories/ Establishment, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labor & Workman Compensation).
  • Planning & implementation of various Welfare activities. 
  • Representation of the management to sort out the matters relating to Disputes.
  • Liaison with various governmental agencies.
  • Checking daily time office records to make it strict and sure. 
  • Maintaining good internal communication within the company. 
  • Developing various reports for management which make it easy to make decisions regarding the current resources.
  • High standard of confidentiality, accuracy and attention. Excellent follow-up skills.
