HR Executive:
- We are looking for highly aspiring Human Resource folks who are looking to work in all areas of HR.
- The search is for HR executives for our team. The role would give exposure to working in a fast-paced company environment. You would be exposed to all the verticals of Human Resources (No exposure to C&B) & also be part of documenting the various process SOPs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Work with HR Team, functional SMEs, and other stakeholders to analyze and document business requirements, configuration mapping, and process flows
- Exposure to the multiple verticals of Human Resources
- Document current processes / Policies
- Market mapping of the best practices in Talent Acquisition / Management & other areas of HR
- Work internally to formulate & populate the HR Metrics, Reporting and Analytics
- Assist the HR Team members in execution of Employee Lifecycle Management such as onboarding, joining, exit, employee letters etc ; Payroll and Benefits Administration, Employee / Labor Compliance Management
- Assist in implementation of HR Processes and Systems such as Performance cycle, Training, Learning and Development etc.

Knowledge, Skills, Attributes and Qualifications
- Knowledge / Experience with HR systems / HRIS & HR field work preferred
- Must be process-oriented; a problem solver with effective analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills, detailed-oriented
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience in writing functional requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently & work with team to overcome obstacles
- Ability to stretch of meet the tight deadlines
- Masters in Human Resources Management degree preferred
