We are hiring for 'HR Executive/ HR Admin/ Counsellor'

Location: HITEC City, Hyderabad

Shift: Day

Job Type: Full Time

Hiring Process: Face to Face

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Screening the Candidates for Job interviews.

Internal/ External Coordination with Senior HRs/ Managers/ CEOs.

Inbound and outbound calling for Recruitment/ Corporate Training.

Customer/ Client interactions.

Carrying out F2F meetings.

Carrying out HR Activities.

Fulfilling the given work for Recruiting & Corporate Training within the given deadline. 

Meeting or exceeding the company's expectations.

HR Interaction with candidates coming to meet for MNC Jobs & Corporate Training needs.

Reverting to emails.

Expectations from the Company:

The employee must be Dynamic, hardworking, optimistic, should respect each other, maintain good rapport with everyone, and work with integrity.

Excellent Communication Skills are mandatory.

The employee must take up challenges and complete the work assigned with never give up attitude.

Corporate level behavior/ professionalism to be shown..
