Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
- Recruiting and hiring
- Onboarding and training
- Administration of pay and benefits
- Liaison between employees and employers
- Ensuring safety of workers
- Ensuring legal requirements for workers are in place and upheld
- Disciplinary action
- Firing or handling resignations
- Monitoring employee training and development
- Monitor HR department’s budget
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
- Manage employees’ grievances
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
