Role & Responsibility: -

• Responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle
• should have good knowledge on IT Software Technologies.
• Sourcing skills should have experience in working with Job Portals and other channels.
• Detailed analysis of the JD - to understand the client's requirement thoroughly.
• Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles
• will be handling recruitment for junior, senior and Middle level positions for IT.
• Working with the requirements and closing the positions with the TAT mutually agreed upon
• Looking for a 2 to 8 years experience in Domestic It Recruitment.
• Excellent Communication skills
