We are hiring Female HR Executives Freshers for our client's Corporate Office in Hyderabad (Jubilee hills).
We are looking for highly motivated management professional to handle end to end HR activities (including recruitment, employee life cycle management),Admin some activities and operations/ finance.

The ideal candidate should be an MBA in Human Resources with great communication skills.

Note A candidate who can join within 15 days/ Immediate.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take care of HR & admin activities of the corporate office
Updates job requirements when needed
To handle end to end recruitment
Recruiting, training and management of personnel
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
Contacts applicants reference and perform background checks required by the company
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
Managing employee engagement activities
Assist in the development and integration of policies

Required Candidate profile:
Fresher in HR Recruitment and Operations
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Knowledge of MS Office is MUST
Outspoken, Extrovert and smart
