Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers extended.

Job Requirements :

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients/candidates over phone/video calls.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
