Job Description

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Advertise job openings on social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring need
• Maintain employees database in system and enroll them system.
• checking their documentation and complete joining formalities.
• Send job offer emails and answer queries

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
• good verbal and written communication skills
• Sound judgement
• Excellent computer skills
