Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding the staffing requirements properly.
• Screening resumes.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Performing reference and background check.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external concerned person to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
• Taking responsibilities of the internal recruitment process.
• Should be able to take up additional responsibilities as required from time to time

Experience Required: Freshers/Experience of 1-3 Years in Recruitment. (Minimum)

Salary Range: Up to INR 150000 /- per Annum

Qualification Required: Minimum Graduate/PG in any stream

Job Location: Kolkata(Near to Dumdum Airport 1No Gate)
