Job Description


The candidate should be responsible for the following duties
  •  RESPONSIBLE INTERNAL HIRING.
  •  SOURCING OF CANDIDATES.
  •  LINING THEM FOR THE INTERVIEW FOR THE RESPECTIVE BUSINESS HEAD
  •  ON-BOARDING OF THE EMPLOYEES 
Requirements
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid communication skills
