Job Description

  • We are looking smart, presentable Hr Generalist Profile Candidate with experience in IT Industry. 
  • Candidates working in Job Consultancies are also welcome.
The job would include:-
  • To deal with all the HR general activities like ESI, PF, Payroll, Documentation etc.
  • To Create an environment of positive employee relations, maintain confidentiality, establish trust and credibility.
  • To source, recruit, interview, and select candidates to fill vacant positions.
  • To organise the induction programme, maintain exist ing formalities etc.
  • To Monitor, analyse, and recommend solutions to complex problems or grievance handling.
  • To identify training needs, arrange training, maintain training records and ensure availability of skilled and competent manpower in the organization.
  • To maintain a suitable working environment by implementing rules and policies.
  • To allocate duty and responsibility to the management staff in consultation with the Director.
Education
  • BBA/MBA (with Hr Specialisation) OR Any Graduate with 1-year experience as HR Recruiter or Hr Executive is eligible for this post.
Eligibility
  • Should have experience in recruiting web developers, programmers & Designers.
  • Very good communication skill (English/Hindi/Bengali)
  • Excellent, convincing and Negotiation skill
  • Having a basic knowledge of computer.
