Job Responsibilities:
* Understanding manpower requisition from CEO/ HR Head
* Sourcing and screening candidates via job portals and social media accounts to fill open positions
* Arranging interviews and coordinating with functional heads
* Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
* Conduct new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of policies and benefits
* Conduct employee engagement activities as and when required
* Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
* Compile and update employee records
Requisite Skills:
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Working knowledge of sourcing candidates via job portals and social media accounts
* Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently and develop realistic action plans
* Self Starter and highly passionate with a thirst for learning
