Job Description:

Screening and Short listing CVs as per job requirement by using job portals.
Profile Search, Job Posting, Head Hunting, Reference and Calling up the candidates for the personal interviews.
Schedule interviews and Following up and coordinating with candidates.
Responsible for, end to end Recruitment.
Handling joining formalities & maintaining the database.

Key Skills:

Young and Passionate Freshers with 0 to 1 year exp.
Graduates who seek to create a future for themselves in the field of HR/Recruitment.
Good communication skills, spoken English is a must.
Good knowledge & understanding various Job Portals.
Only Female candidates required.
Should have long term plans to make career in Recruitment.
