• Trigbit Technologies is hunting for freshers to 1.5 years experienced HR Executives with mainly the respective/same experience if any, gained in the past for Mohali, Punjab Location.
• Freshers are the most preferred for this position with no specification on degree holding in hand.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling complete recruitment cycle from an understanding of the technical requirement, initial screening/candidate interaction, meeting/interview scheduling, etc. with accountability.
• Sourcing profiles/resumes through multiple sources (headhunting, networking portals, job portals, internal references, etc.)
• Responsible for timely closure of positions, joining formalities, inductions, and exit interviews.
• Managing Training and Development, employees relations and managing employee grievances and day to day HR activities.
