1) Overseeing the full recruitment cycle, in particular contract preparation.
2) Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter,
3) Responsible for full & final settlement & exit interviews of the Employee
4) Supervising of Time office system and verification of attendance.
5) Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF records, issue letters,
6) Solving employees grievances by one-by-one session, meetings
7) Making PF & ESI Challan on monthly basis.
8) Coordinating with all agencies like PF Office, ESI Office, Labor Officers.
9) Make the Salary sheet on the monthly base from time to time
